In 2011, I met a representative of Hamas in Algeria and asked him about the vision of his party towards conflict in Palestine.

Their arguments were clear and lucid :

First, Palestinian authority fail in their commitment to gain independence and their authority is too limited ...

Second, Palestinian authority bring  nothing since last 90 to Palestinian People and the palestinian economic integration with Zionist occupation is not a solution in favor freedom of Palestine, it linked them more to economy of their oppressor

Third, Palestinian authority don't succeed in the negociation because the principle of negociation is wrong, negociate with enemy without army pression is not efficient at all.

Fourth, Zionist terrorist entity has not at all a determination to accept a second Palestinian state free and sovereign, all the government of enemy didn't work with the spirit of two states.

Fifth, a very negative position of Zionist terrorist entity about independence of Palestine let one choice to Hamas and other Palestinians partis : to go to army action.
