I am Raghd from Gaza. I am writing to you with a heart full of fear and exhaustion. Here, every day brings fear, the sound of bombing never stops, and life has become a daily struggle just to survive.
Life has become incredibly harsh… food prices have risen beyond what we can afford, and providing even the most basic necessities has become painful and difficult. My children have not had proper meals for a long time, and each day becomes harder than the one before.
My children, Yousef, Jouri, and Julia, need you…
Yousef and Jouri sometimes go every day to stand in line for free food, hoping to bring something back to ease their hunger. But because of the severe overcrowding and danger around them, there are times they return with nothing. As a mother, seeing my children come back with tired and broken eyes is a pain I cannot describe.
Donations only reach us when I share our story and our suffering. I am truly sorry if I repeat my messages or disturb you, but the truth is that our life becomes even harder when my voice no longer reaches people. I feel time passing while my children’s needs continue to grow every day.
I appeal to your hearts and your humanity… any help, no matter how small, could mean a meal for my children, a moment of safety, or a glimpse of hope.
And I also want to say this from my heart: I know some of you may have helped me before, and I am deeply grateful to every person who stood by my side.
