The Iranian, specifically, does not know the word surrender

By Afaf Aniba

The Iranian, specifically, does not know the word surrender. One of the latest examples of the spirit of resilience and resistance was the case of Iranian broadcaster Sahar Emami. Proudly wearing her lawful hijab, she was broadcasting live when the Zionist aggression struck her channel’s studios. She returned to her post as soon as the dust of the treacherous strike settled.

The spirit of Persia is eternal. Having visited Iran twice and stayed among its people for around twenty days, I can say that the Americans, the Zionists, and the West as a whole are delusional. In the Iranian’s dictionary, there is no place for submission, subjugation, or surrender.

Saddam killed two million Iranians — children, women, the elderly, and men — over eight merciless years. And what happened?

Saddam was executed, and the Islamic Republic continued to stand firm despite political and economic blockades. The people of Iran are a nation honored by Islam. What is happening today in terms of comprehensive Zionist-Western aggression is merely the beginning of the end of Western-Zionist polytheistic arrogance.

We have experienced the arrogance of the American administration, and it seems they never learn from past lessons — from Korea to Vietnam to… to… Whatever level of penetration they achieve, Iran will remain, God willing. The sacrifices made since the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the overthrow of the Shah, the Zionists’ agent, will not be in vain, God willing. We owe Iran much — in Iran’s steadfastness lies honor for Islam.”
